That's why we offer convenient appointments for patients to discuss any existing needs or concerns they may have. Whether it's addressing ongoing symptoms, monitoring treatment progress, or adjusting medication dosages, our dedicated healthcare professionals are here to provide support and guidance. Additionally, we provide sick note creation services for those instances when you need documentation to excuse your absence from work due to medical reasons. Prescription refills can also be easily obtained to ensure uninterrupted access to the medications they require. We strive to offer efficient and comprehensive follow-up care services to ensure the continued well-being of our patients.

Minor Illness/Follow Up/Sick Note Visit

This appointment is for quick, straightforward care — whether you're new or returning to RVA Telecare. Use it for follow-ups, minor illness, sick notes, or brief counseling if you’re an LDN or medical marijuana patient. Appointments are real-time video visits you can take from anywhere. We don’t accept insurance, but our pricing is simple and fair — no membership, no hidden fees. Each visit is up to 10 minutes and usually costs less than a specialist co-pay.

Womens/Mens Healthcare Visit

This 30-minute appointment is for focused Men’s or Women’s health concerns — whether you're a new or existing RVA Telecare patient. Use it to address issues like hormonal health, sexual wellness, birth control, hair loss, prostate concerns, or other gender-specific needs. Your visit will be via secure video from wherever you are. We don’t take insurance, but our pricing is transparent and affordable. No subscriptions. No hidden fees. Just direct, respectful care tailored to you.
